Cardinal Path Counseling is a space to slow down, make sense of where you've been, and find your way forward.
I believe healing happens through authentic human connection. My approach to therapy is warm, relational, collaborative, and trauma-informed. Therapy isn't about reducing you to a diagnosis or telling you how to live your life. It's about creating a relationship where you can feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood while we explore what you need to move forward.

Therapy with me is collaborative and conversational. We'll make room for where you've been, explore the patterns and experiences that have shaped you, and work toward greater understanding, connection, and a life that feels emotionally authentic and increasingly your own.
In our sessions, you can expect a blend of gentle guidance and evidence-based techniques. We don't just talk about the storm; we notice the roots and the sky, finding practical tools that help you feel grounded and clear, no matter what terrain you are currently navigating.
